At tarikaa, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We do not offer returns, but we provide a one-time exchange facility within 3 days of delivery, under the conditions below:
✅ Exchange Conditions:
Product must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tag, box, and packaging.
There should be no wrinkles, scratches.
Exchange is allowed only once per order.
📦 Exchange Process:
To initiate exchange, visit our Return/Exchange page on the website.
Or WhatsApp us at +91 9714472739 with your order number and clear images of the product (including fitting issue).
Our team will respond within 24 hours with suggestions or confirmation.
You can choose the new size or product based on availability.
🚚 Delivery & Courier Charges:
In case of exchange, courier charges (both ways) will be borne by the customer.
If you request reverse pickup by us, a shipping & pickup charge will be applicable and collected in advance.
❌ No Return or Exchange in These Cases:
If the product is received used, damaged, or without original packaging.
If the product was part of a Clearance Sale (clearly mentioned on the product page).
If the request is raised after 5 days of delivery.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.
No Refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
