We do not offer returns, but we provide a one-time exchange facility within 3 days of delivery, under the conditions below:
Product must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tag, box, and packaging.
Exchange is allowed only once per order.
To initiate exchange, visit our Return/Exchange page on the website.
Or WhatsApp us at +91 9714472739 with your order number and clear images of the product (including fitting issue).
Our team will respond within 24 hours with suggestions or confirmation.
You can choose the new size or product based on availability.
In case of exchange, courier charges (both ways) will be borne by the customer.
If the product is received used, damaged, or without original packaging.
If the product was part of a Clearance Sale (clearly mentioned on the product page).
If the request is raised after 5 days of delivery.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
No Refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Tarikaa reserves the right to reject exchange if product fails quality check.
